Farmacy X DROP4DROP
We are excited to announce our newest partnership with London’s newest, one-of-a-kind plant based restaurant Farmacy.
Set to be a favourite for locals and a feature on the foodie map of London. Farmacy’s mission is to provide a nourishing and delicious menu that supports well-being and healthy eating.
The team, led by entrepreneur Camilla Al Fayed, is a passionate and experienced group that has a vested interest in every aspect of the philosophy from the kitchen to the dining and bar experience. The Head Chef, Joao Ricardo Alves, started his career with traditional training and experience in Michelin starred restaurants, before focusing on raw and vegan food in 2011.
“Seeking a healthy and alternative lifestyle I was inspired to create Farmacy; a destination to share my philosophy that putting nutrition first does not compromise good food and good times,” comments founder Camilla Al Fayed. “Travelling to California amongst many other places, my ambition is to deliver a piece of health and vitality through the expansion of the Farmacy brand in Express ‘grab and go’ outlets initially across London”.
The menu is inspired by dishes from around the globe and supports both a vegan and vegetarian diet, free from dairy, refined sugars, additives and chemicals. All of the ingredients have been carefully considered both for their taste as well as their nutritional benefit and sourced from local organic UK farms.
The best bit? Farmacy has pledged a £1 donation to DROP4DROP for every one of their delicious ‘Earth bowls’ sold. So their commitment to health and community goes one step further and is helping to alleviate the World Water Crisis.
Farmacy is a positive lifestyle choice which connects people to source, self and community through healthy and holistic eating. www.farmacylondon.com
