‘I am Mrs.Maheshwari W/o Ashok The new water project seems like a dream as we never thought that our village will be selected for the project. When the borewell vehicle reached our village, it was a great astonishment to us because for several years we had been longing for such a facility. We feel so happy and would like to thank to INFINITY FOODS WHOLESALE THROUGH PURCHASES OF LIFE WATER, DROP4DROP U.K. and NEWS NGO for the support and our children are very happy to see the water nearer to us and also able to get as much as required earlier to bath the children used to find difficult without the water source but now they are remaining healthy and also find improvement in their health. WE thank NEWS NGO for making the approaches with DROP4DROP, U.K. and enabling us the facility. Our children are happy they can now access personal hygiene.’

This project was undertaken as part of our campaign of projects that actively reduce carbon emissions. This project helped the community save their much needed wood which was previously being burnt daily to boil water. This project has also eliminated the many thousands of hours previously spent on walking to collect water.
