“Before installation of this bore-well, I wake up so early at day break time of 5am every day to get water from our old water source which was an open well located 2km away. Now after installation of this well, I am able to get water from nearby my house. My family members are also feeling very happy and expressed our gratitude to the supports of this well. The new well changed my routine life. No tension now. Our village people are also able to obtain water daily at any time easily. Many thanks to drop4drop and the donors of this well”

This project was undertaken as part of our campaign of projects that actively reduce carbon emissions. This project helped the community save their much needed wood which was previously being burnt daily to boil water. This project has also eliminated the many thousands of hours previously spent on walking to collect water.
