“What an easy water source! Living in a community where water is fetched from unsafe and dirty sources like flowing ponds as well as swampy springs is now a story to tell on fire places and its side effects of water borne diseases. With the construction of this clean and easy to use water source, we are able to have clean water without traveling long distances for our consumption in our home steads. Much thanks to LNADJ for giving us this opportunity like other places of the world.”

This project was undertaken as part of our campaign of projects that actively reduce carbon emissions. This project helped the community save their much needed wood which was previously being burnt daily to boil water. This project has also eliminated the many thousands of hours previously spent on walking to collect water.
