“People warmly welcomed us in the village. Smiles were everywhere because of the pump given in their village. The installation went well and they promised to take care of the pump. They have a borehole in a distance of 2.5 km away where some strong women used to get water but many of them get water from open wells dug in the dambs. With coming of drop4drop pump in the village everyone in the village is very happy.”

This project was undertaken as part of our campaign of projects that actively reduce carbon emissions. This project helped the community save their much needed wood which was previously being burnt daily to boil water. This project has also eliminated the many thousands of hours previously spent on walking to collect water.
