No one used to make visit to our village as we are very poor background and it is our great joy that the Drop4Drop team had conducted the baseline survey and has recommended to avail the water source. We had been suffering a lot without water and the water which we used to get is very less and not adequate and again we used to walk more than 2 kilometres one way and have to bring on our head and hip. This project was undertaken as part of our campaign of projects that actively reduce carbon emissions. This project helped the community save their much needed wood which was previously being burnt daily to boil water. This project has also eliminated the many thousands of hours previously spent on walking to collect water.
