Thanks so much to the donors Roehampton University & Chartwells for helping us with a clean drinking water bore-well. Now we need not suffer for the water going distant travels to the canal. Prior to installation of this well we suffered with water scarcity. Now the water is good. It will be more than enough for us even in the height of summer. I wish our sponsors should be happy ever. They have changed all our fortunes”.

This project was undertaken as part of our campaign of projects that actively reduce carbon emissions. This project helped the community save their much needed wood which was previously being burnt daily to boil water. This project has also eliminated the many thousands of hours previously spent on walking to collect water.
