“I am Subhasini D/o Chinnadurai of Annappa Naicken Kuppam SC Village privileged to thank and greet SANDHILL VIEW ACADEMY, DEBDEN PARK HIGH SCHOOL, PPP IML for a deep Borewell fitted with an Electrical Motor and a 2000 Liters Overhead Tank to our Annappa Naicken Kuppam SC Village. Every day we used to be in tension in bringing water to our homes. We used to curse our basic life and used to curse gods for keeping us in poor conditions. Now we have changed our minds and we feel that God has considered our problems through donors like you and sincere service-oriented organisations. The new project is a great blessing to our people and we are able to see water in our homes without any difficulty. We are able to attend to the domestic works and also send our children in time. The children are not disturbed and they are attending to their studies and also able to keep themselves clean and tidy. We are grateful to THROUGH PURCHASES OF LIFE WATER, SANDHILL VIEW ACADEMY, DEBDEN PARK HIGH SCHOOL, PPP IML and DROP4DROP, U.K.DRINK WELL BE HAPPY.”

This project was undertaken as part of our campaign of projects that actively reduce carbon emissions. This project helped the community save their much needed wood which was previously being burnt daily to boil water. This project has also eliminated the many thousands of hours previously spent on walking to collect water.
