“In most of the places in Hoho water is found very deep. Other charities went but failed to give water to people because of water depth. Many thanks to drop4drop pump up to work well even at 20m deep. The whole of Hoho people liked to have our pump almost everywhere. Roads are almost everywhere in the area and no problems in movements. Schools are there and most children go to school. People spend most of their time in the village digging in the dimba’s and make their money in growing tomatoes and onions. Others have even bought cars from farming.”

This project was undertaken as part of our campaign of projects that actively reduce carbon emissions. This project helped the community save their much needed wood which was previously being burnt daily to boil water. This project has also eliminated the many thousands of hours previously spent on walking to collect water.
