“I am delighted to say few lines of appreciation for the new water project which has been provided in our village and it is of great use to us. I had been struggling a lot to fetch water for domestic work and it used to be a great burden to me. Moreover fetching water from unsafe areas and also the distance to walk and to avail the water was a great struggle to me. Now we are able to get the safe water and also it is nearer to us and also we are able to avail according to our need of water. So we are very happy and we would remain grateful for all the supports it has been to us. We shall find better health aspects and thus it enables our people of the area to lead a healthy life.”

This project was undertaken as part of our campaign of projects that actively reduce carbon emissions. This project helped the community save their much needed wood which was previously being burnt daily to boil water. This project has also eliminated the many thousands of hours previously spent on walking to collect water.
