Kindly Donated by Every Well Water Foundation

I am M.K.Vanishree of Soorapoondi SC Village, so happy to share a few lines about the joy and happiness we are having because of the new water project in our Soorapoondi village. Our village president is a woman and she was very worried that we were not able to get the water required for our village. We are very happy for the new water project provided. We now have lots of time for cooking and enabling our children to go to school in time. It is a real blessing to us and we feel grateful for the water facility. We pray for the well-being of our donors and thank NEWS NGO for selecting our village. We are motivating our children to take baths regularly as earlier the water availability was less and we weren’t able to remain clean and maintain hygiene. Now we are very happy thanks to EVERY WELL WATER FOUNDATION, DROP4DROP, U.K. for Sponsoring a deep Borewell fitted with an Electrical Motor and a 2000 Liters Overhead Tank to our Soorapoondi SC Village.

This project was undertaken as part of our campaign of projects that actively reduce carbon emissions. This project helped the community save their much needed wood which was previously being burnt daily to boil water. This project has also eliminated the many thousands of hours previously spent on walking to collect water.
