“I am RAMU from Kottalamitta ST village and we belong to neglected community and we do not get any better amenity in our village and thus even for drinking water we have to walk long distances and to bring on our foreheads so during the frequent visit. We had been expressing our problems so the new water project in our village is a great encouragement to us. We never dreamt that so soon our village will be selected and the new water project would be provided. We heard about your generosity and thus we are overwhelmed about the easy access to water sources. We shall be spending our time in a useful manner. We shall get more time to think of other work and lots of time has been saved now. This project was undertaken as part of our campaign of projects that actively reduce carbon emissions. This project helped the community save their much needed wood which was previously being burnt daily to boil water. This project has also eliminated the many thousands of hours previously spent on walking to collect water.
