“My Name is Mrs. SARASWATHY W/O. ASHOK KUMAR and I am from Karadiputhur SC Village and it gives us great joy in making use of the needed water for all purposes. We used to walk long distances to bring water to our home and every time it was a great trouble and we used to lose our energy in wasting time. Most of the days the children find difficult to get ready and to reach their schools in time. The only option at most of the morning hours is that the children go empty stomach as we could not cook in time and also make them ready to reach the schools in time. Now we are able to store the water as per the need and also send the children in time with lunch. So we thank you very much for the opportunity given to us and thank you EVERY WELL WATER FOUNDATION for your concern on our village. THANK YOU!”

This project was undertaken as part of our campaign of projects that actively reduce carbon emissions. This project helped the community save their much needed wood which was previously being burnt daily to boil water. This project has also eliminated the many thousands of hours previously spent on walking to collect water.
