In 2010 a devastating 7.0 magnitude earthquake hit south of the Haitian capital affecting over 3 million people and was the worst disaster to hit the country in over two centuries. Drop4drop worked with Concern Worldwide to provide safe water to those affected in the aftermath. We provided funding for water purification kits to help with the immediate shortage of clean water. Each kit contained water purification tablets and jerry cans to ensure the provision of clean water to over 2400 individuals.
