“Thanks so much to LNADJ and drop4drop for providing our community this drinking water bore-well. We need not suffer for the water going distance. Now the water is good. It is more than enough even in summer. Now our water scarcity problem is solved. With this well we are getting more benefits such as, we the adults are going to their business on time every day. Before this well the adults were always late as we had to collect enough water by spending 4 hours a day. Children are going to their schools in right time to study well and also our health is now improved through the health education provided by health worker. All are possible through this bore-well. Once again thanks to the donors of this well”.

This project was undertaken as part of our campaign of projects that actively reduce carbon emissions. This project helped the community save their much needed wood which was previously being burnt daily to boil water. This project has also eliminated the many thousands of hours previously spent on walking to collect water.
