“I would like to extend our sincere thanks to Grow Your Stake and Drop4Drop for having enabled us to have clean and safe water in our village. When the community leadership approached me to donate a piece of land for the construction of the water source, I was more than glad to offer the land for the good of my community and my family. The water source was constructed and now I have enough time to prepare my garden. I used to walk a long distances in search for clean water but now we no longer walk but the water source is very near my home. Thank you so much. May God bless you.”

This project was undertaken as part of our campaign of projects that actively reduce carbon emissions. This project helped the community save their much needed wood which was previously being burnt daily to boil water. This project has also eliminated the many thousands of hours previously spent on walking to collect water
