“I am Ananta Bag, son of the late Kashinath Bag. I am born and brought up in this village. We have never been supplied with safe drinking water in our community. This is, imagine to us, a dream the a new bore-well would be installed in our village. We are very happy in our life now because we receive pure & safe drinking water which will improve our health incredibly”.

This project was undertaken as part of our campaign of projects that actively reduce carbon emissions. This project helped the community save their much needed wood which was previously being burnt daily to boil water. This project has also eliminated the many thousands of hours previously spent on walking to collect water.
