Sangeetha (17 Years) D/o Samraj of Amirthamangalam SC Village Happy and Humbled to D85 thank and greet NEWS NGO, DROP4DROP, U.K. and kindly donated by BRUNEL UNNIVERSITY LONDON THROUGH PURCHASES OF LIFE WATER for Sponsoring a deep Borewell fitted with an Electrical Motor and a 2000 Liters Overhead Tank to our Amirthamangalam SC Village. This is our great joy to express our sincere gratitude for the new water project provided to our village. We were in great struggle to get the required water for our day today use and were cursing our gods and goddesses for leaving us in a poor situation. Now it is a great opportunity for us to avail such a great project at our habitation. We are very happy and it shall enable us to make use of the water as and when we require. Our community people convey their heartfelt gratitude for the facility provided by BRUNEL UNNIVERSITY LONDON THROUGH PURCHASES OF LIFE WATER, DROP4DROP, U.K. through NEWS NGO. This project was undertaken as part of our campaign of projects that actively reduce carbon emissions. This project helped the community save their much needed wood which was previously being burnt daily to boil water. This project has also eliminated the many thousands of hours previously spent on walking to collect water.
